Driven by a commitment to health, wellness, and preventive care, I’ve founded Tokpa™ Massage Therapy and Tokpa™ Prenatal Massage Therapy.

My work started in the spa and my approach centers on identifying root causes rather than merely treating symptoms, which is informed by my professional experience working in Physical Therapy settings.

My perspective as both a massage practitioner and massage client provides me with unique insight into the comprehensive needs of my clients. I understand what it feels like to have issues overlooked, which is why I’m dedicated to providing care that is both relaxing and effective.

Whether it’s guiding clients through breathing techniques, encouraging active participation during sessions, or both, I focus on working smart rather than hard.

And as a Doula, I draw on my kind and caring nature to bring comfort and support to pregnant and postpartum women and their families.
